In order to become a Chartered Certified Accountant, you need to complete:
A total of 13 exams in different modules
Practical work experience of 3 years
And the ethics and professional skills module.
The FUNDAMENTAL LEVEL will include 9 papers in Knowledge Module and Skill Module. The papers include
1. Accountant in Business
2. Management Accounting
3. Financial Accounting
4. Corporate and Business Law
5. Performance Management
6. Taxation
7. Financial Reporting
8. Audit and Assurance, and
9. Financial Management.
These papers are mandatory for all the aspirants.
The PROFESSIONAL MODULE includes 4 papers. Out of which, papers viz.
1. Strategic Business Leader
2. Strategic Business Reporting
The remaining two can be chosen from the four options. They are
1. Advanced Financial Management,
2. Advance Performance Management,
3. Advanced Taxation,
4. Advanced Audit and Assurance
Exams are conducted twice a year- in the month of July and September
